We all know that life can be exhausting every now and then. I'm feeling a little worn out these days, but not too bad. But I wanted to know what are some of your favorite things you guys like to do to relax? What do you like to do for your "me" time? And what helps you feel better and gives you the extra boost to keep plugging along? Does that make sense? :)

I really like to get lost in a book when I can. Lately, just watching TV at night after the kids go to bed is so relaxing for me because I don't have to do or think about anything!
I agree with Ronni, a good book always seems to revive me even when we had a house full of girls!
Yeah, we'd be talking to mom, and she'd be so lost in her book, she's have no idea what we were saying, or what was going on around her! But I have to agree that reading is my happy place! I just love it! That, and going on walks with my friends. We call them our "Therapy Sessions". It's great how much anxiety, frustration, anger, worry, happiness, troubles, crying, etc you can get out while walking with a good friend!
